1. About these terms

SSN CAD Work is the CAD services website of SSN CAD Works. These website terms apply to this site. A separately agreed proposal, quotation or service agreement governs your project and takes priority for project-specific matters. Browsing this website or sending an enquiry does not place an order or create a payment obligation.

2. Project scope and delivery

Before work begins, confirm the required drawings or models, dimensions, units, file formats, intended use, delivery schedule and review process. Supply accurate reference material and identify any manufacturing, regulatory or technical requirements. Additional work or changes to an agreed brief require agreement on any effect on fees and timing.

Delivery is digital unless a written agreement expressly includes physical goods or another service. Native source files, additional export formats, engineering analysis and certification are included only when specified in the agreed scope.

3. Fees, cancellations and refunds

Fees, currency, taxes, payment stages, cancellation arrangements and any refund conditions must be stated in the applicable quotation or project agreement before an order is accepted. This website does not set a universal deposit, cancellation fee or non-refundable payment rule. Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel a project. Any mandatory consumer rights remain available.

4. Review and intended use

Review dimensions, tolerances, geometry, assembly fit and export formats against the agreed brief, and report any issue before approving files for production. Manufacturing and print results depend on materials, machines, settings and intended use. A CAD drawing or model alone is not a safety approval, regulatory certification or validation for every application. Identify any required testing or professional review in the project brief.

These responsibilities do not remove any obligation we have under the project agreement or applicable law to provide the agreed services.

5. Intellectual property and confidential material

You must have permission to supply and use any drawings, logos, designs, text or other material you provide. Supplying material for a project does not itself transfer its ownership. Confirm rights to use final deliverables, ownership transfers, source-file access and any third-party licences in the project agreement.

Website branding and content may not be used to imply endorsement or affiliation without permission. If your project requires an NDA or particular confidentiality or file-handling arrangements, agree these before sharing sensitive material.

6. Acceptable use and external services

Do not use this site to infringe rights, distribute malicious content, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access. Links to WhatsApp and SSN 3D Prints take you to separate services with their own applicable terms and privacy notices.

Use of the SSN 3D Prints tools is addressed in the SSN 3D Prints Terms & Conditions. Those product terms do not replace a separate CAD service agreement.

7. Applicable rights and resolving concerns

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any project-specific limitation of liability or dispute arrangement must be set out in the project agreement and remain subject to applicable law. No exclusive court, governing law or mandatory arbitration requirement is imposed by this website page.

If you have a concern, contact us with the relevant project details so we can address it. This does not prevent you from using any remedy or complaint process available under applicable law.

8. Updates and contact

We may update these website terms as the site changes. The date above identifies the current version. An update does not by itself change an existing project agreement or remove rights already accrued.
